What these terms cover

These terms apply to Steady Horse online sessions: live webinars, scheduled trainings, and on-demand videos hosted on watch.steadyhorse.com and related Steady Horse pages. By registering for or watching a session, you agree to these terms.

Registration

Registering asks for your name, email address, and phone number. Please give us accurate information; it is how we send you your session link and reminders. Each scheduled session has its own sign-up, so we may ask you to confirm your seat again for a later session.

Communications

By registering, you agree that we may email and text you about the session you signed up for and about related Steady Horse trainings and offers. That includes reminders before a session, a replay link after, and follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can stop at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to support@steadyhorse.com.

Sessions, chat, and recording

Sessions may be recorded, and recordings may be used in replays and other Steady Horse materials. If you take part in chat, your first name and your messages may be visible to other attendees and may appear in replays. Chat may also include messages from our team, including messages prepared ahead of time. Keep chat respectful; we may remove messages or restrict chat access at our discretion.

Your use of the content

Sessions and replays are for your personal use. Please do not record, rebroadcast, resell, or redistribute them. All session content belongs to Steady Horse.

Safety

Working with horses involves real risk. Our sessions are general education, not instructions for your specific horse or situation. Work within your own experience, use proper safety equipment, and get help from a qualified professional in person when you need it. You are responsible for your own safety and your horse's.

Privacy

We use your registration information to run the sessions and to communicate with you as described above. We do not sell your information.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
